[PLUG] Making 'view as list' the default

In any folder window, select Edit->Preferences. Under the Views tab, Default
View, in the 'View _n_ew folders using:' drop down list, select List View. After
I did this, all folder I opened are using the list view (except It looks more like
a tree view to me). I'm assuming Ubuntu here, not Kubuntu. I haven't found
a way to do this yet outside of a folder window.
