[PLUG] Low Power DVI video cards?

I purchased the cheapest ATI chipset card I could find at the time that 
had DVI, works fine under linux.  It doesn't take up two slots, have a 
12K rpm fan on it, or a dedicated power connector so I don't think its a 
high power card but I don't know how low power it actually is.
