[PLUG] Port 113???

I believe it's referred to as the AUTH port.  Thing is, my general impression
is that it's never been a working authentication protocol and that most info
on google suggests rejecting queries to it.  How about for masqueraded clients
that want to query a remote AUTH server?

I don't understand why an entire protocol was needed to automate logging in
for various TCP/IP services such as the: ftp and telnet services.
