[PLUG] Loss of symbolic link on re-boot

It occurs to me that another possibility would be to create the symbolic
link in the same directory as the X10 program config file (so I'll know
where to find it). That way, if sometime down the road I needed to
change from ttyS0 to ttyS1 (or something like that), I could just
recreate the link. And, the link would not go away on re-boot.
