YAR,

   Don't know if this information will be helpful, but my postfix MTA checks
these RBLs on each incoming message: zen.spamhaus.org, bl.spamcop.net,
list.dsbl.org. This lets the RBLs maintain the lists while we check against
them. I'm sure you can use the same approach in sendmail.
