[PLUG] Remotely disable Internet access with a cell phone?

Kids are pretty "user" smart.  I bet they would just unplug a router and go
direct from modem to pc. Unless it was hidden, say in the garage or a closet
somewhere in the house.  Let me see if I follow what your saying.  Have her
call a VoIP number from her cell phone and have Asterisk configured to turn
on and off network access inside the router?  I would assume were not
talking about a router like a Linksys WRT54G, but a full blown box that has
been turned into a router.  I have a couple old boxes here and this is
starting to sound like a fun (at least in my head) project.
