There is a claim that the GPL is being violated by Linksys at the

I've been lookign into replacing a PII running Slackware 10.1 as a wireless
router with something smaller and more robust, the Linksys WRT54G.  The
wireless I currently use is 802.11b based, so I worry that the WRT54G is
not compatible.

It appears I can grab at least one of these for less than $50 shipped
now.  I'm thinking this might be an easier way to get encryption
working than trying to figure that out in Slackware.
