[PLUG] irregular monitor flicker

What brand/model of monitor?

Have you tried this monitor on another machine and received the same results?

A resolution/refresh-rate combination it can't handle?

Have you tried to degauss?

Power/EM issues in your office (experimenting with EMP bombs perhaps)?

Just some ideas.
