I don't remember where I found it, but if you're interested, a Google 
search should turn it up -- there is actually a QEMU machine image of 
the OLPC you can "boot" and run in QEMU, and there are directions for 
making a VMware-compatible virtual machine image as well. It's been on 
my todo list to hunt it down and get it going, but I haven't had a chance.
