They typically have a bunch of keyboards, mice, and monitors on hand.
However, if you have a higher res monitor that isn't too hard to haul,
you might want to consider taking it. I took my SuSE 10.1 box, without
keyboard, monitor, or mouse, the last time I went. We had some trouble
getting it working with the lower res monitor. Eventually, it worked and
we solved one of my problems. If I had taken my LCD monitor it would
have saved time.
