   What I gather from you and Ken is that the intersect of hardware and
distribution will work with some cards and not others. How interesting. I
thought each hardware system needed a specific wireless card, or one from a
selected list. For example, my 3Com card that works on the Sony Vaio is
totally unrecognized by the ThinkPad. I had no idea that a laptop/pcmcia
card working with one distribution would not work with another.
