[PLUG] What are /etc/environment and /etc/session for?

   That's because I copied the incorrect line.

   There's a /etc/security/pam_env.conf. So I created /etc/environment with a
couple of default values for PAGER and PATH. We'll see if that makes the
kernel happy.
