Not sure if this is even relevant as this is a Windows ASP.NET based tool,
but if someone internally recommends Version One, I'd suggest avoiding it
unless your team is very large (I'd say 15 devs is the break even point) and
you use agile dev practices. If you don't meet those two requirements, the
management overhead and learning their vernacular is not worth it. We tried
it at my company and it ended up taking longer to manage projects than to do
them. We too are looking to migrate to something else. I've recommended
etiher Jira or Trac, but it looks like we're going to be using the tool that
is built into MS Team Suite. I know, us sysadmins just don't hold the power
with the dev team that we should....
