   Er, no. Linkedin does _not_ do that for certain. I've been signed up with
them for years (uselessly, so far), and only infrequently get an e-mail
message from them.

   Why not get a class action lawyer involved yourself? Google turns up 1.3
million of them (probably not all in Portland), and I'm sure you'll find at
least one who's interested.
