Thanks for the tips.  I'll take a look at some of these options. Also, before
people bring out very large red books and bombard the list with specs, the E911
redundant power requirement is a personal one, not industry standard. :)

There are a lot of mini-itx based gadgets out there but I think there is
something to be said for long term supported motherboard designs, extended
temperature ranges, and RoHS compliance.  This install will be small, but
located in a hot, humid phone closet.
