Just work quickly. A dynamic ip is just a static ip that changes
occasionally (well they probably don't let you adjust the reverse DNS PTR
record). Everydns.net  allows you to setup free DNS accounts for dynamic
ips. Then you just run a small script they provide to update the nameserver
whenever comcast changes your ip.
