[PLUG] Cannot Load Local Web Site, No Reported Errors

Since the distribution upgrade of my server/workstation I can no longer
access SQL-Ledger ... a critical issue I need to fix right away.

When I enter the URL (http://localhost/sql-ledger/login.pl) in a firefox
tab I see this:

Not Found
The requested URL /sql-ledger/login.pl was not found on this server.

There are no entries more recent than Nov. 29th in
/var/log/apache/access_log and /var/log/apache/error_log.

I have both /etc/httpd/ and /etc/apache/ directories containing
httpd.conf, and other files. I can provide a list of files and their
last-modified/accessed dates if that helps.

I don't know where to look for the cause of the problem, and for some
reason my request to subscribe to the SQL-Ledger mail list has not been
acted upon, It's apparently not automatic but requires human approval.

Help from you admin gurus will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Rich
