The simplest summary is: Metro-fi says they comply with the contract, but even
so, are out of money, and are probably having second thoughts about giving
away a bunch of stuff for free.  Some Local Geeks say they aren't even close
to complying (with data to back it up), and it's hurting everyone as a result.

And there are some URLs for fun and education.  And a good time (and a nervous
laugh) was had by all.
