[PLUG] script to make my laptop 'safe' for int'l travel?

Is there a handy single script to wipe my browser(s) history, clear
cookies, encrypt saved passwords, wipe my swap file, etc. in preparation
for returning from outside the US?

One question I haven't seen answered relative to the laptop confiscation
buzz is "how likely is this?" That will help me to figure out how much
work to put into cleaning up my system on the way back. Another question
no one has answered (or even asked, AFAICT) is "has confiscation
increased in recent months, or did the media just discover it?"

I still want a script to clean everything up...
