[PLUG] ANNOUNCEMENT: January PLUG Meeting room change.

PSU has been moving PLUG from room to room lately with the
promise of giving us a more permanent location once the new
engineering building is finished.

Well, new engineering building is finished and we will have room 325
in this building starting with the Jan 4, 2008 meeting.
The building is on SW 4th across from SW College Street.
