I'm thinking more a long the lines of an actual cooperative ISP. Member 
owned and member supported. Where people buy can buy shares, volunteer 
hours, equipment, rack space, etc. The service would be mostly for 
people. Specifically people that understand enough about larger 
providers and want better service at reasonable rates. A few great 
thinker s and spiritual leaders (Karl Marx, Mahatma Gandhi) suggested if 
the people aren't happy with the established social services to create 
their own alternatives...
