I used EasyStreet as my ISP for many years - great support AND they
don't hang up on you if you mention "linux" when you are communicating
with their support team. They do provide DSL static IP support through
your phone carrier. Seems to me that the cost was about $100/mo. My
phone carrier (Verizon) made me get a "business" account in order to get
the static IP (after all, if you are not a business, why would you need
one?) I use dynamic DNS now, WAY cheaper.
