Apparently what I need is a CD which has the script "cdromupgrade" on it.  Mine 
does not have such, at least I have not been able to find it.  Moreover, the url 
link on the CD I have leads me to a page which says "...this is a 
pre-release...".  It is clear that I do not want that.
