It doesn't really work in this case, since I am the admin in all areas
except hardware.  I answer to postmater, hostmaster and abuse, for
example.

One would suspect that 99.9% of websites don't have a specific alias
for hardware/infrastructure.  Maybe I should just give the guy an
email acocunt with his name.  It doesn't seem like the RFC cops would
hassle me for that.  I found the RFC in question (2821, or Simple Mail
Transfer Protocol), and it only mentions postmaster.
