Is IP forwarding enabled on the satellite boxes?

Have you verified the routing tables on the satellite boxes?

Is the satellite box doing masquerading for the clients? If not, do 
you have static routes set up on the VPN Server that let the corporate 
network stuff get packets to the satellites and clients?

Is the satellite box set as the default router for each client?
