>From Fedora's command line, run:
   vino-preferences

and configure your remote access rules.  You'll also need to create a 
firewall rule to allow the connection (I assume you understand the 
liability of opening a remote desktop port on the host's firewall):

iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport 5900 -j ACCEPT
