[PLUG] CTL 220UW monitor resolution problems...

It is supposed to support 1680x1050 at 75Hz.  Every time I try
that on my CentOS 5.2 system I get a screen that isn't stretched
across the whole entire monitor.  I tried putting the horizontal
and vertical sync ranges into xorg.conf manually, but that didn't
solve the problem.  Do I need the option dpms line?  Anyone else
have a Ctl 220UW monitor that they are using with Linux at full
resolution?
