thatthere is not in your DNS or /etc/hosts file.

Try pinging it by its known IP address to confirm.
Then either plug it into DNS or /etc/hosts

Note, if your search order in /etc/resolv.conf doesn't specify a search order
then you'd need to specify a fully qualified name for thatthere
