Is there an easy way to have Postfix rewrite the From header on an outgoing
message? Here's an example for clarification:

Cron is running a log check script which prints to standard out. Cron then
takes the output and emails this to root, which is aliased to an external
address. However, the From header looks like this:

From: root at somedomain.com (root)

This is confusing to people using certain email clients which expext the From
line to look like this:

From: "Some Name" <root at somedomain.com>

Any assistance accomplishing this would be greatly appreciated!
