I've been colocated there for more than 5 years. It used to be okay but
nowadays the service has gone bad in my opinion. For example, I had two
full cabinets which I no longer use. When the renewal date approached, I
gave about 40 day advance written notice that I didn't want to renew. Now
they're trying to make me pay more than $10,000 for the next few years of
service, stating I didn't give them enough notice that I wasn't renewing my
contract. That's just greed in my opinion.

A long time before that I had a certain amount of bandwidth agreed upon per
cabinet, they later said that no, that was a mistake on their part, and
proceeded to cut my alloted bandwidth by 75% thereby making me pay about
$1000/month extra for bandwidth that I already had in my opinion, and in
writing from them earlier.

The most recent action is an almost 100% price increase for the private cage
i had there. Their contracts state they can raise their prices by any
amount at anytime and you have no recourse whatsoever. The only way out is
to pay the entire remainder even if you have years left on your contract.

I had to get a lawyer to deal with them and it's still ongoing. I know two
other people who were also colocated with Infinity Internet and had similar
experiences, one of whom also had to get a lawyer involved.

IMO, grab your servers and run away as fast as you can. Try the Pittock
Internet Exchange across the street.
