[PLUG] Freedom to connect

[Ted Kubaska]

You know I did some reading about this today, and it seems to be tied  
up with "net neutrality" which right now seems to me to be a solution  
looking for a problem, rather than a problem. I guess, I mean, not a  
big deal ... more mole hill than mountain.

But I'm willing to be educated if I got this wrong.
