[PLUG] Linksys WRT54GC Hangs Until Power Cycled

I'm talking about the analog phone line into the house.  The slow
deterioration is of the quality of the DSL connection (perhaps measured in
effective data rate).   Nothing to do with power lines, circuit breakers or
any of that stuff; sorry for the confusion.
