Actually, the city may not be to off the wall - there are still places
within the USA that do not observe Daylight Saving Time ... www.time.gov
is your friend for all sorts of information ... but that would be
Hawaii, Arizona (in Arizona only the Navajo reservations observe DST)
and part of Indiana, as well as many Pacific islands and Puerto Rico -
Sigh, I wish I didn't have to.
