[PLUG] pdxlinux.org site remodel online for comments and review

Looks great.

Since our history indicates that keeping the website info current is a
challenge, perhaps it would be prudent to minimize the things that need
regular attention.  Maybe one person to keep one item up-to-date, and an
auto reminder sent to that person at the appropriate frequency.  Is that
practical?
