[PLUG] Update problem solved...

I couldn't get ibus-chewing and some other update to install on my
Fedora 12 system running on a Pentium 4.  Well, yum downgrade of ibus
and a few dependencies followed by an update got me around this.  I have
a theory that the updates came out such that installing these updates
was impossible dependency wise.  So for anyone else who gets stuck,
try yum downgrade of the problem package(s).
