[PLUG] Really bad DELL experience...

Maybe do not install any OS on the laptop or Dell might claim that by doing
so the warranty is void and returning the laptop for a full refund is no
longer an option?

If you are set on keeping it or want to see if it is even worth keeping,
perhaps try installing from a USB drive or at least test out live versions
on the USB drive to see if all the hardware will be supported.
