[PLUG] Building a $200 Linux PC

I realize this is not news to most people on this list, however well all
have friends and family that might benefit from it. I like to spread the
good word of Linux/FOSS whenever the opportunity arises.

 The best part about this article is thehy actually perf test it against an
e-machines nettop running Win7 that's a $100 more w. better hw specs. The
cheaper, lower spec Linux box performs significantly better...
