[PLUG] Restoring vfat to USB flash drive

   I want to restore the vfat/32 file system to a 1G USB flash drive on which
I had put memtest86. Repartitioning with fdisk works, but there is no
mkfs.vfat on my system. The mkfs man page includes mkfs.vfat (8) in the 'see
also' section, but there is no man page in section 8 for that flavor.

   Any ideas? Can this be saved or do I toss it and buy another one?
