Actually, I almost always put swap first as you have it, since the
beginning of most hard drives are slightly faster than the end.  Of
course that's increasingly becoming moot... You never want to use swap
on a regular basis these days, except maybe for hibernation.  For
instance I don't even create swap on VMs anymore.  Better to just
overcommit and let the host OS do any swapping if it comes to that.
