Unofficially, I was talking to David this evening and we decided that
we'd "relocate" the PLUG meeting to the RMS talk this month, since it
neatly coincides pretty much with our regular meeting time.  The
decision was assisted by the fact that David was lacking of a speaker
this month.  Stand by for the official announcement for confirmation.
