   It does:

/var/www/htdocs/cmsms/index.php

   By 'development version' I mean it's local and not accessible by the
outside world. With this URL: http://localhost/cmsms/index.php I see:

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

   Wait ... I just restarted httpd and not I see a blank page rather than the
"Not Found".

   When I access http://localhost/sql-ledger/login.pl it works. Both have
/var/www/htdocs/ as the root directory. I see nothing explicitly mentioning
cmsms in /etc/httpd/httpd.conf. Last October, when I first set this up it
worked.
