[PLUG] Unadjust tool chain LFS 6.6...

I am trying to go back to Chapter 5 in LFS 6.6 because exec and all
variants thereof is missing.  I need to recompile the C libraries.
Unfortunately, the next step in Chapter 5 is to adjust the toolchain
to point to /tools.  I think this is why I'm getting infinite loops.
I need to point to the C libraries on the Fedora 9 system instead.
Help ;-)
