[PLUG] loud squeal coming from battery backup

Thank you for your response.  It was an EEEEEEE sound from the Battery Backup.  I had to scrounge around my home to find a old surge protector.  I was wondering if you know of a good, inexpensive surge protector that I could purchase for my computer setup.  Thank you.
