A great place to get answers is to join the live audience for the weekly
VOIP Users Conference taping (fridays at 9am to about 11).  The first
hour is devoted to the guest of the week, but the second hour is a
general discussion.  The people there have collective decades of
consumer and commercial deployments.

And you can join in via VOIP or Skype. :)
