[PLUG] Resolved, sort of: nVidia driver install - no signal

When I connect a VGA monitor to port 1 using the adapter and a DVI
monitor to port 2 using a DVI cable the driver can see both monitors but
won't send anything to the DVI monitor. I'll get another DVI -> VGA
adapter and get both monitors working that way.

I tried two monitors with my laptop and find that it is quite handy. I'm
glad the nVidia card has two ports. Weird that it doesn't work through
DVI cables, though.
