[PLUG] logrotate is a step in the right direction

Thanks for the tip, Russell, I did look at the logrotate.conf file in
the /etc folder and saw the default values of rotating weekly and
keeping 4 weeks worth.  Unfortunately it looks like the ntp loop files
are only 1 weeks worth.  I furthermore made an entry inside the
logrotate.d folder trying to come up with something which might work
since there was no ntp entry there.

I suspect that the loop files will continue to disappear but this is
definitely an important hint.
