I'd start by opening the videos on another computer and/or with another
video player (VLC is what I usually use). If the videos are still blue,
then the problem is in the file, not the computer and not the player
program. In that case you need to fix the file. For that I suggest
video editing software, but someone else will have to suggest what and
how, as that is not my area of expertise.
