Not my week for hardware, it seems. I'm trying to read the Slackware-13.37/32-bit DVD using xcdroast (latest release) so I can write it to a blank DVD. For some reason I've not figured out, xcdroast does not see any disk in the CD/DVD optical drive. If anyone's seen this issue and overcome it, please pass me a pointer in how to do this. Rich
