Ditto on the joys of a thumb-driven trackball, with 2 mouse buttons and a
scroll wheel. The only potential issue is that all the ones i've seen are
for the right hand. That and a relatively inexpensive split keyboard (i
have to confess i'm partial to the Microsoft Natural Keyboard!), and no
wrist pain or shoulders up next to my ears. A sit-stand desk helps, too.
