Thank you Brian but as per the PLUG bylaws, I WILL gladly refund any 
dissatisfied PLUG members their annual dues amortized with 25% interest 
starting at their first date of participation.

All payments will be made in Bitcoin or Belarusian rubles as per the 
preferences selected on the member's PLUG account management page.
